Creative solutions
The creative solutions service gathers the message you want to convey around one creative idea; it adapts the campaign concept, copy, visuals and video to the chosen channels and builds coherent communication for launches, promotions and special moments.

A good idea is one that can retell itself on every channel. It fits into a single sentence on a poster, a short scene in a video, a single frame in a post, and says the same thing in all of them. We find that idea first; production follows.
Who is it for?
For teams opening a new product, service or venue, we design launch communication: a sequence woven around one idea, from the first announcement to opening day, from the promotional video to press visuals.
For brands with seasonal communication, we plan moments such as holidays, the new year, seasonal transitions and special days. Producing related campaigns that build the brand’s own tradition, rather than thinking from scratch every year, saves time and builds character.
We also work for organisations that have something to say but do not know how to say it: an awareness campaign, recruitment communication, the story of an internal change. An idea can carry the story of a service and its people as well as a product.
When is it needed?
Creative work usually begins with a moment in the calendar or a message that has been postponed for too long:
- A launch, an opening or a new product announcement is approaching and there is no story gathered around a single message.
- Similar content is produced for the same special days every period, and none of it is remembered.
- The product is good but its story lags behind it; people do not immediately grasp what it is for.
- Pieces published on different channels do not look like they belong to the same campaign.
- The team has good ideas but not the time or the hands to turn them into a concept, copy and visuals.
These situations share the same root: there is something to say, but the idea to carry it is missing. The work begins with finding exactly that idea.
What does it cover?
Creative work begins with the idea and ends with production; everything in between stays tied to the same concept. A campaign typically includes:
- Creative concept: the carrying idea of the campaign, its main message and tone; what will not be said as much as what will.
- Copy: headlines, taglines, scripts and voice-over texts, post and ad copy, all in the same voice.
- Art direction and key visual: the visual world of the campaign, its photography or illustration approach, colour and typography decisions.
- Video and motion: short promotional films, vertical videos for social media, motion graphics and captioned versions.
- Channel adaptations: size and format sets for outdoor, digital advertising, social media, email, in-store and printed material.
Work such as shoots, voice-over, printing or on-site installation is coordinated with the producers we partner with according to the project’s needs; creative direction and quality control stay with us. You keep a single point of contact.
How does it proceed?
Campaign work begins with a short brief and is completed with production. Decisions along the way are made together; no production starts on an idea that has not been approved.
- Brief and insight: We clarify what we will tell, to whom and for what purpose. We try to understand what the audience is thinking at that moment and what it needs.
- Idea routes: We present a few distinct creative directions, each explained with one sentence, one visual and one sample application. The choice is made together.
- Development: The chosen idea is detailed at the level of copy, visuals and video. The channel plan takes shape; which piece runs where and when is decided.
- Production and adaptation: Shooting, design and editing are completed; outputs are prepared in the right size and format for each channel and delivered with the publishing schedule.
After publication we assess together what worked. An idea that performs well can be developed and continued in the next period; the campaign becomes a chapter in the brand’s story rather than a one-off event.
What do we pay attention to?
The idea comes before decoration. A strong idea works even with modest production; no amount of production rescues a weak one. That is why we spend most of the time getting the idea right.
The campaign never detaches from the brand. Even the boldest idea recognises the brand’s voice and visual system; when the campaign ends, what remains is meaning added to the brand, not a foreign piece.
Production is planned realistically. We discuss budget, timeline and channel constraints at the start and design the idea to be strongest within those limits. Every piece we promise must be deliverable.
Frequently asked questions
Can we take only the idea and handle production ourselves?
Yes. We can deliver a creative package of concept, copy and key visual; your team or existing producers make the adaptations from it. If you wish, we take on quality control during production.
Can a campaign be done on a small budget?
Yes; the budget determines the scale of production, not the idea. A campaign built with few channels and few pieces but a strong idea is remembered more than a scattered, crowded one.
Do you have a shooting and production team?
We assemble production with the photographers, directors, voice artists and print producers we partner with, according to the project’s needs. Creative direction, coordination and final approval stay with us; you deal with a single team.
What happens after the campaign ends?
All source files and final outputs are handed over to you. We hold a short review after publication and note what worked; the next period starts from those notes.
How is an idea approved?
We present each route with one sentence, one visual and one sample application; the decision is made on concrete pieces rather than an abstract explanation. Production starts after approval, and the cost of turning back is kept low.
Does the campaign have to follow our brand guidelines?
Yes, but the guidelines are a ground, not a fence. A campaign may use a temporary palette, a different typographic emphasis or a new tone; the identity of the logo, the voice and the core principles is preserved.
