Content & social media

The content and social media service defines content themes, publishing rhythm and visual direction from your goals; it creates a steady publishing plan with copy and design suited to each channel and manages your accounts.

You do not need to talk constantly on social media; you need to talk consistently when you have something to say. Together we decide what your brand will tell, to whom and how often, then carry out that plan regularly and with care.

01

Who is it for?

For businesses whose accounts are open but irregular: long silences, then a burst of posts, a different visual language every time. We first establish a rhythm and a language, then tie them to a sustainable plan.

For founders and small teams without the time or people to produce content: we take your expertise from you, rewrite and design it in the audience’s language. You approve; production and publishing stay with us.

For those introducing a new brand, product or venue: we plan a content sequence that starts before launch, peaks with the opening and then settles into a regular flow. It draws on the same idea as the website and the campaign.

02

When is it needed?

The signs that content work is needed are usually these:

  • The accounts are open but the last post was long ago, and when something is posted it is unclear what to say.
  • Every post carries a different language and look; the brand’s voice is not recognisable.
  • Content production is done on top of the team’s real work and always comes last.
  • There is a lot to say to the audience; only a regular plan and production are missing.
  • Incoming comments and messages are answered late or not at all.

These signs point to capacity, not inadequacy. The right rhythm and an outside pair of hands let the same team look far more consistent.

03

What does it cover?

Content work starts with a strategy, continues with regular production and finds its direction through measurement. The scope consists of these parts:

  • Strategy: goals, audience, content themes, tone of voice and channel selection, including what will not be shared.
  • Content calendar: themes, formats and publishing rhythm; a plan that can be seen in advance, with approval flow and delivery dates.
  • Copy and design: post copy, visuals, story and short-video formats suited to each channel’s language, in line with the brand guidelines.
  • Publishing and community management: content published on time, comments and messages answered in the brand’s voice and forwarded to you when needed.
  • Review: looking together at regular intervals at what works; updating themes, formats and rhythm accordingly.

Website content, blog articles and email newsletters can be part of the same plan. A topic told briefly on social media becomes a long, searchable article on the site; the two feed each other.

04

How does it proceed?

Content work is not a one-off project but an ongoing partnership. The structure is set up at the start; afterwards a regular cycle runs.

  1. Start: We review goals, audience and existing accounts together. Tone of voice, themes and visual language are set; the first monthly plan is prepared.
  2. Production: The content in the calendar is written and designed; short input or footage is gathered from you when needed. Finished content is submitted for your approval.
  3. Publishing and engagement: Approved content is published at the planned time; comments and messages are followed and answered in the brand’s voice.
  4. Review: At the end of the period we look together at what drew interest and set the themes and rhythm of the next period accordingly.

With every turn of the cycle your share of the work shrinks: approvals speed up, the voice settles, it becomes clear which topics draw interest. The aim is a publishing routine that speaks in your brand’s own voice and can run without depending on you.

05

What do we pay attention to?

The brand’s voice is preserved in every post. A channel’s fashion never overrides the brand’s character; the format belongs to the channel, the words belong to the brand. That is why content work begins with the brand guidelines.

A sustainable rhythm beats a high tempo. An account that is intense for a few weeks and then silent does not inspire trust. We choose a routine your team and budget can carry from the start.

Measurement is honest. Like counts alone are not a goal; we look at what the content adds to your business: incoming questions, visits to the site, reaching the right people. In the use of images, music and quotations we follow rights and permission rules.

Frequently asked questions

Which platforms should we be on?

On as many platforms as your audience uses and you can feed regularly. Being good on one or two channels is better for most businesses than being everywhere; we make the choice together according to goals and capacity.

Who approves the content, and how much of our time does it take?

Content is submitted for your approval before publishing; the process is faster when approval sits with one person. As the voice settles, the approval round shortens and only information and footage support is asked of you.

Is advertising management included?

When needed, we add campaign setup and management to the plan; the advertising budget decision stays with you and is shown separately. Good content is the foundation of advertising too; we build that first.

How often do you produce content?

Instead of a fixed number we set a rhythm according to your goals and channels. The question that decides the rhythm is this: when we have something to say, can we publish it regularly and with care?

Do we need photo and video shoots?

Most content can be produced with your existing visuals, design and short phone footage. When a larger shoot is needed we plan it and show its scope and cost separately; there are no surprises.

How do we track results?

At the end of each period we share a short, clear review: which content drew interest, what reached the site and you, and what will change next period. Numbers are explained with their context; we never leave you with a bare table.
