Apps & automation

The apps and automation service turns the repetitive work your team does every day into flows that run on their own; it builds easy-to-use web and mobile apps for your customers or your team and keeps them running after launch.

In most businesses, time is lost not in big decisions but in small repetitions: tables copied by hand, emails written one by one, the same list kept in several places. We first make these repetitions visible, then build the tools that remove them.

01

Who is it for?

For teams whose operations are growing: when orders, appointments, applications, quotes or invoices become too frequent to run by hand, we build flows the system follows instead of people. The team keeps doing the work; it stops carrying it around.

For businesses that want to offer a digital service to their customers: a booking screen, a member area, a tracking panel or a mobile app. The user side stays simple; the back end connects to your existing systems.

For founders with a product idea in mind: we reduce the idea to a first working version that can be completed from beginning to end and try it with real users. Seeing what works before a large investment is the most valuable knowledge.

02

When is it needed?

If these situations come up often, an automation or an app can visibly lighten your team’s work:

  • The same information is entered by hand into more than one spreadsheet, email or program.
  • Finding out which stage a request, an order or an application is at means asking someone.
  • Errors surface only when a customer notices: a forgotten email, a delayed approval, a missing record.
  • Your customers have no way to do business with you other than phone calls and messaging.
  • A significant part of the team’s day goes not into doing the work but into carrying it from one place to another.

Each of these signs is a flow that can be drawn on a map; once drawn, it shows where time is lost, and the solution is often smaller than expected.

03

What does it cover?

Depending on the need, we work across a range from a single automation to a complete application:

  • Workflow automation: data that is carried by hand between forms, email, spreadsheets, calendars and messaging tools flowing on its own, with approval and notification steps.
  • Integrations: connecting the spreadsheet, customer management, accounting, payment and e-commerce tools you use; keeping the same information in one place.
  • Internal tools and panels: simple screens the team works in; measured, fast interfaces for needs such as order tracking, stock, tasks and reporting.
  • Customer apps: web and mobile applications; flows such as membership, booking, ordering, tracking and notifications; an interface designed in your brand’s language.
  • Maintenance and monitoring: error alerts, backups, updates and regular support for small improvements after launch.

AI works inside these flows only at the steps where it helps: classifying an incoming request, summarising a long thread, drafting a reply. The final decision and the sending always depend on a person’s approval; which steps are automatic and which require approval is decided together at the start.

04

How does it proceed?

An app or automation project begins by talking to the people who do the work and ends by being verified in real use.

  1. Flow map: We draw the current process step by step; who does what, where information goes and where it waits. Repetitions and gaps become visible on this map.
  2. First working version: We choose the most meaningful flow that can be completed from beginning to end and build it first. Design and development decisions are made around this flow.
  3. Pilot: We run the flow with real data and a small group. Errors, missing cases and usage habits surface at this stage and are corrected.
  4. Rollout and maintenance: The flow is opened to the whole team or to customers. With documentation, training and regular maintenance the system stays running.

We deliver something working at every step. The project starts producing value before it is finished, and when a change of direction is needed we notice it early.

05

What do we pay attention to?

The data is yours. In every flow we build it is clear where information lives; it can be exported and moved to another tool whenever you wish. If you ever leave us or a tool, you keep a working system.

Errors must be visible. An automation that breaks silently is worse than no automation at all. Every flow knows what to do when something fails and informs the right person.

Security and personal data are designed in from the start: access permissions, logging, retention and deletion rules in line with data-protection law. Convenience never replaces security.

Frequently asked questions

Which tools do you work with? Do we have to replace our current system?

Your existing tools come first. Most automations are built by connecting the spreadsheets, email, calendar and customer-management tools you already use. A new tool is suggested only when it is genuinely needed, and with the reason explained.

Is using AI mandatory?

No. Many flows are rule-based and should stay that way. We use AI only at steps where it brings concrete benefit, such as understanding text, summarising or drafting, always with human approval and always switchable off.

Mobile app or web app?

It depends on how it will be used. Mobile suits work in the field, with notifications and offline needs; web suits desk work, wide screens and frequent updates. Often a web app that also works comfortably on a phone is enough for the first step.

What happens after launch?

We monitor the system, fix errors and keep making small improvements. For new needs that appear as use grows, we plan the next step together. If you prefer to hand maintenance to your own team, we provide the documentation and training.

Can you move our existing data into the new system?

Yes. Existing spreadsheets and records are cleaned, duplicates are removed and the data is transferred into the new flow. A sample portion is migrated first; once the result is checked together, the rest follows.

How does our team learn the system?

Through a short training session, a guide with screenshots and an open support line in the first weeks. We design the system to need as little explanation as possible; training is usually completed in a single session.
