First, the right question.
What do we clarify before bringing an idea to life?

An idea for an app, a website or a brand often arrives with a solution already attached. In the first conversation, we try to understand what that idea should change in everyday life.
Whose work are we making easier?
A useful starting point is to describe the person, the moment they are in and the task they want to finish. It might be a repetitive operation for a team, a confusing application for a customer or a fragmented story for a brand.
What should the first working version solve?
As an idea grows, so does the list of possibilities. First we identify a meaningful flow that can be completed from beginning to end. Designing and building around that flow makes priorities visible.
Discovery, design, build
These three steps inform each other. A first sketch can raise a new question; a working trial can change the copy or the layout. The shared aim is to turn a clear idea into something people can use.
The path from idea to working product begins with the right question.SHIBAGENCY
