Following a gaze
This eight-second clip is the ninth scene in the homepage’s ten-part film sequence. We see the place, then the character, and finally the reflection within the eye. The change in scale tells the story of moving somewhere new.
A detail between two places
Kyoto’s brick and green tones, the Shiba’s warm fur and the blue sky in its eye meet in one frame. The cobalt scarf keeps the visual connection familiar from the other scenes.
